BAI Terms of Service
BAI is made and sold by Doyel Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we").
What BAI is. BAI is software you install and run on your own computer. It connects to your own brokerage account and your own market-data providers, using credentials you supply, and places orders at your brokerage under rules you configure. Doyel Labs LLC, the company that makes BAI, is not a broker-dealer, an investment adviser, or a fiduciary. It never holds your money or your securities and never places an order on your behalf; your computer does, at your broker, under your account.
No advice. Nothing in the app, its scans, its "brain" verdicts, its planner, its chat, or any message from Doyel Labs LLC is a recommendation to buy or sell any security or a promise about any outcome. Every output is an evaluation of the rules you set against market data you chose to receive. You decide what to trade, when to arm the desk, and how much to risk.
Risk. Trading involves substantial risk. You can lose all of the capital you commit, and more if you trade on margin. Automated software can malfunction: it can send duplicate orders, fail to send an exit, act on delayed or wrong market data, or stop running during an outage. You are solely responsible for monitoring your account. Your broker's own confirmations, not this app, are the record of what happened.
Your account. You must be at least 18 and located where using automated trading software is lawful. One subscription runs on one device at a time. Keep your sign-in private; you are responsible for what happens under it.
Subscription. Access is billed monthly or annually in advance. A failed payment starts a short grace period; after it, the desk stops opening new positions and keeps managing exits on positions it opened. Refunds and cancellations are described in the plan you chose at purchase.
What we may do. We may suspend or end access for abuse, fraud, a chargeback, a legal requirement, or a risk to other users, and we may stop the desk remotely in those cases. We will tell you why when the law allows.
What we do not promise. No uptime, no fills, no stop execution, no profit. The software is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes. When these terms change you will be asked to accept the new version before arming the desk again.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
